Grant Browser Permission
To get started, you must allow your browser to access your audio and video.
- When you first join a Lessonspace, a popup will appear asking for permission.
- Click “Allow” when prompted.
Fix Blocked Camera/Mic
If you accidentally blocked access, here’s how to fix it:
- Click on the symbol to the right of the Space link.
- Click on Site settings.
- Set Allow for both Camera and Microphone.
- Reload the page – this will take you back to the lobby where you can join the Space using the correct Camera and Microphone.
Device Setup
Make sure the correct audio/video sources are selected:
- Go to Setup > Device setup inside the Space.
- Choose the appropriate microphone and camera.
Troubleshooting Tips
Check everything is working as expected:
- Go to Setup > Troubleshooting.
- If you see "Everything looks good!" – you’re good to go!
- A “!” icon on your video usually means something is wrong. Click it to investigate.
Close Zoom or any video-related apps before joining. Some applications (like Zoom or video editing software) may block camera/mic access.
