Tutor Platform
The Tutor Platform integration with Lessonspace is a great way to extend the platform and add the best online teaching software but “still keeping core clean.”
Linking Lessonspace and Tutor Platform
Step 1 - Create a Lessonspace account
If you’re new to Lessonspace, you can sign up for a free 14-day trial (no credit card details required). Once you’ve created an account, you can proceed to step 2.
Note: You can skip this step if you already have a Lessonspace account.
Step 2 - Create a Tutor Platform account
If you’re new to Tutor Platform, create an account. Once you’ve created an account, you can proceed to step 3.
Step 3 - Activate the Lessonspace integration
Activate the Lessonspace integration by going to Applications > Lessonspace. Activate Lessonspace by adding the API key from your Lessonspace account. Go to your Lessonspace Dashboard > Settings > Developer. Copy and save the API Key to Tutor Platform.
Step 4 - Turn on Lessonspace on your courses
Go to Learning > Courses (if you haven’t already, create a course) > Learning. Here, turn on the Lessonspace integration. After creating a group, add it to a course. Then, you can launch the online classroom through Lessonspace.
This is the recommended method of setting up this integration, however for an updated method or any needed assistance be sure to follow the guides provided by Tutor Platform. Contact either their support directly or contact the Lessonspace support here.
