Sound is not working in Chrome

If you can't hear others in a Space and the issue is not on their end, you'll likely need to set things up in your browser. Make sure that you test your speakers first and that your computer is not muted. If you cannot hear anything, here's what you can try:

Fix sound not working in Chrome:

  1. Launch Chrome.
  2. Click on the three dots (or three horizontal lines) in the upper right-hand corner of the browser.
  3. Go to the Settings page.
  4. Now, under the Privacy and security tab, click on Site settings.
  5. Scroll down to Sound and click on it.
  6. Choose Sites can play sound.
    If you've accidentally stopped Lessonspace from playing audio, click on the lock icon in the URL tab and click Allow in the Sound settings.Find out more about how to set up the audio on other devices here.
