Screensharing tab only on Firefox

Firefox by default doesn't support screen share for one browser tab only, however, below is a quick workaround:

First, move to the tab you'd like to share and right-click, then click Move Tab > Move to New Window. 

Then, go to the Space and start screen sharing, choosing the window where you moved the tab you'd like to share.
