How to test if my microphone is working?

If the other participant in your Space cannot hear you, but they are sure that their speaker is working as expected, you can check if you have a working microphone, like this: 

Test your microphone in the Space:

On the right-hand side, make sure you're not muted and check if the microphone indicator is moving as you speak. If the indicator is moving up and down, you have a working microphone.

Alternatively, when in a Space, click Setup > Device Setup. Here, in the setup window, look for the microphone indicator on your video feed. If the indicator is showing a colourful line as you speak, you have a working microphone. 

If your microphone is not working, make sure to select the correct microphone source in the Device Setup menu.
