Linking Lessonspace and Workee

Step 1 - Create a Lessonspace account

If you’re new to Lessonspace, you can sign up for a free 14-day trial (no credit card details required). Once you’ve created an account, you can proceed to step 2.

Note: You can skip this step if you already have a Lessonspace account.

Step 2 - Create a Lessonspace Space

Before you can enable Lessonspace on Workee, first you'll need to create a Space. Once that's done, copy the URL from your browser's URL bar or by clicking the three dots and clicking Copy Link on your dashboard.

Step 3 - Create a Workee account

If you’re new to Workee, create an account. Once you’ve created an account, you can proceed to step 3. 

Note: Workee customers qualify for a discount off the regular plan prices on the Lessonspace.

Step 3 - Activate Lessonspace in Workee
  1. Log in to your Workee account at app.workee.net
  2. Go to My Business > Booking system and find the 'Video Calls and Locations' section
  3. Select the Permanent Personal Link option
  4. Add the Lessonspace Space link and click Save as default


  5. Once that is done, whenever you schedule a meeting with Workee, or your Client books you for a meeting, Workee will use your Lessonspace link as a link to the Lessonspace room automatically!
