Why is my recording not accessible?
If you're having trouble accessing your Lessonspace recording, here are a few things to consider:
1. Audio and Video Settings:
First, check your Lessonspace organization settings. Ensure that "Recording Audio and Video" is enabled. Additionally, review any space-specific settings to ensure they are consistent.
2. Deleted Recordings:
It's possible that your recording has been manually deleted or influenced by your organization's retention policy.
Please note that recordings older than 6 months have their audio and video archived to ensure smoother rendering and playback of more recent recordings.
