Report an issue in a Space

If you experience any technical issue during a session, you can report an issue directly from the Space. Before you do that, please make sure that you've checked the Troubleshooting menu and that you have a stable internet connection.

Here's how to report an issue:

  1. Join a Space.
  2. While in a Space, click Setup > Report an issue.
  3. Choose the issue you're experiencing and add details. Then click Report Issue.
