My sidebar is not showing up in the Space

If you are experiencing a missing sidebar issue in your Lessonspace Space (or if you notice any other features missing withing the Space) below are a few troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

• Please make sure that the features missing are available for you by default. Note that some features are only available for admins or Leaders. 
• Make sure that the features are not disabled on purpose by your organisation.
• Make sure to disable any browser extensions (eg. Formswift PDF) and then reload the page.

Sometimes browser extensions may interfere with some features in the Space. If disabling the extension does not resolve the issue, please try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or try opening the Space from a different browser.
