What information do I need to send to support?

If you're having a technical issue or need help from the Lessonspace support team, feel free to reach out to us via the Help button on your dashboard, or by emailing us at support@thelessonspace.com. 

Please be sure to send as much detail as you can about the error you're facing including:

  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Screenshots or screen recordings of the issue
  • The Lessonspace Space link (URL) in case the problem occurred in a specific Space (see how to find the Space link below)
  • The date and time of the session in case it happened in a specific session (inc. names of participants if possible)

Sharing the Lessonspace Space link (URL) is essential for our support team to investigate any technical issues.

Please also be sure to have tried troubleshooting the issues by checking the Troubleshooting menu, following the basic troubleshooting checklist and checking our helpdesk for existing help guides.

How do I find the Space link (URL)?

The Space link is the URL your browser is on when in a Space. Copy the URL from the browser's URL bar (it should look like this: https://thelessonspace.com/space/... or https://go.room.sh/...). Alternatively, you can copy the link from the Invite others button or from your Lessonspace dashboard.
