What information do I need to send to support?
If you're having a technical issue or need help from the Lessonspace support team, feel free to reach out to us via the Help button on your dashboard, or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please be sure to send as much detail as you can about the error you're facing including:
- A detailed description of the issue
- Screenshots or screen recordings of the issue
- The Lessonspace Space link (URL) in case the problem occurred in a specific Space (see how to find the Space link below)
- The date and time of the session in case it happened in a specific session (inc. names of participants if possible)
Sharing the Lessonspace Space link (URL) is essential for our support team to investigate any technical issues.
How do I find the Space link (URL)?
The Space link is the URL your browser is on when in a Space. Copy the URL from the browser's URL bar (it should look like this: https://thelessonspace.com/space/... or https://go.room.sh/...). Alternatively, you can copy the link from the Invite others button or from your Lessonspace dashboard.
