Space access control

Join Space with email

Allow users to give their email addresses when joining your Spaces for better user management.

Require email to join

Require users to add their email address when joining a Space for improved user management and security.

Allow non members to join

Disable this option if you invite your users to your account before they join sessions. Allow non-members to allow your users to join by simply adding their names each time.

Waiting Room

Enable the Waiting Room option to prompt students to request access before they can join a Space.
